Description

The FRC system offers mobility training to maximise movement potential safely, efficiently and effectively. It helps to safe guard your joints so movement can be executed safely. It can also affect the nervous system allowing you to manage pain and reduce risk of injury, improves joint health and longevity and increases the ability to move freely and easily.

FRA is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of an athletes movement capacity for each and every articulation. Then training inputs (FRC) are able to be directed at the individual’s specific deficits.executed safely. It can also affect the nervous system allowing you to manage pain and reduce risk of injury, improves joint health and longevity and increases the ability to move freely and easily.

Functional Range Release technique, or FR Release is an advanced, and comprehensive system of soft tissue assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to help the individual restore function and return to their desired activity/sport.

Kinstretch mobility class is a scientifically based movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.
It allows you to self assess your own body for dysfunction that is
causing pain, loss in range of motion or increasing the chance for injuries.

Kinesiology taping (KT) is a therapeutic tool and has become
increasingly popular within the sporting arena. Taping has been used for a long time for the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries. KT is not only used for sporting injuries but for a variety of other conditions.
There are many proposed benefits to KT, including:
Proprioceptive facilitation;
Reduced muscle fatigue;
Muscle facilitation;
Reduced delayed-onset muscle soreness;
Pain inhibition;
Enhanced healing, such as reducing oedema, and improvement of lymphatic drainage and blood flow.

Articulation uses a low amplitude and low to moderate velocity of
movement within the individuals pain free range of motion while in dysfunction. This can then have a positive affect on the body by
increasing range of motion, decreasing pain or both. Articulation techniques have been shown to help relieve pain and  increase range of motion in joints.
