Physiotherapy

We provide a different yet very effective approach when it comes to treating musculoskeletal issues. This is through education and introduction to pain science followed by a thorough subjective assessment to dig deep into the root cause of the issue. A comprehensive joint screening (for the region/issue) is then carried out to further address the causes and followed up with a multitude of treatment options to help resolve the issue.

Our focus is to provide you, the individual with the essential tools to help treat the symptoms and to further mitigate injuries going forward therefore making you less dependent on us (or any other therapist).

Our clients usually see us for a few sessions, after which they can manage on their own going forward. After treatment is complete, the option of signing up to our monthly strength program is given. The aim of the program is to help the individual to stay on track, be accountable and progress further as the weeks/months go by giving them the confidence and encouragement to continue with their lives without the fear of pain or restrictions.

So, if you are looking to make that change, whether it is for pain or would like to get to the bottom of recurrent injuries, then please get in touch and book an appointment.
